How is my gift processed?

If you choose to give a gift to the Beneficiary's MOST 529 account, you must mail the gift coupon along with a check made out to Ugift to the address indicated on this form. The check will be deposited into a non-interest bearing gift account and then transferred directly into the Beneficiary's MOST 529 account approximately five business days after the celebration date. The Account Owner will be notified of your gift in their account if you include your full name in the boxes provided below. This invitation also includes optional gift certificates, which you can fill out and present to the beneficiary, informing them that you made a gift to their MOST—Missouri's 529 College Savings Plan account.

your personal check payable to Ugift: MOST - Missouri's 529 College Savings Plan and include Brian Burkhardt's name in your personal check's memo field.
