mp3iPodZune This website is an eCommerce application to purchase small electronics. The products are gathered from an external inventory system, and manipulated with a custom content management tool. The website also interfaces with Authorize.net to handle credit card transactions.

QPT Quick Pricing Tool is a utility that I developed and which allow customer service representatives to price telecommunications products and services for large businesses. This tool generates millions of dollars in revenue per year for AT&T. Originally, QPT was created as a JAVA/SWT thick application with a home grown XML/XSD based rules engine. I built the website to tie into the existing SWT rules engine so all backend data could be shared.

BVHS This website provides information to the public regarding the Historical Society in the Milwaukee area. I took over the existing website and reconstructed the infrastructure to allow for improved performance, faster updates, and content managers access to change specific content items.

SBC Single Web Ordering Tool is a SBC (AT&T) eCommerce application which consolidated public shopping experiences into one. I consulted on the high level design and APIs as well as designed parts of the MVC. I introduced XSL technology to the web development team with this project.

SBC This is the primary customer facing home page for SBC and its branded companies. I developed content management systems, eCommerce, and customer login infrastructures.

DSL Intranet and internet application which collected millions of DSL requests from customers. Data was collected on public websites or through call centers when DSL was not available to customers. Data was then periodically checked to see if DSL became available over time. If DSL became available, the call centers and customer were notified automatically.
